Hi Cheryl, Chris will review the user manual and then after we will share a link with you from canva. We are starting the process this afternoon to migrate. Do keep in mind that the AI for facial profiling will be started on monday, it might take a week for all the faces to be profiled. The software scans around 7500 faces a day.

Update done and snapshots restore took couple of shots but it is done now. I'm reindexing, first reindexing whole DB, then deep-reindex in assets table.

Final Update:
Reindexes took 1hr aprox, after that I fixed a typo in the Activities entity and reconfigure it, then regenerated the Activities with the script.
I just tested everything and we are in good shape
Kicked off Regenerate Missing Conversions, will monitor it couple times during the weekend and post some status
We are good for next steps on monday: Enable Faceprofile in-site, and kickoff face scanning.

Documentation is looking great. I've reviewed up to page 44 and made some light edits here and there. I placed big yellow sticky notes where I have recommendations/questions. Will get to the last few pages tomorrow.

UPLOADING:
From either the top “Upload to” button, or the “+ New” button… I chose “New Activity” (then I created one) / hit Save / then it doesn’t show the folder created that I should add my assets to, it just takes me to a page with a bunch of planets in there. Can we just go directly from creating a new folder to the uploads area or do we always need to click the upload icon? Also, I can’t find my folder by date when I go to the Activities section (maybe because it’s still moving assets over?)
