@Dieneke- Please see attached, this is a screenshot from one of our photographers but I have heard similar feedback from aonther who experienced conversion issues. Process needs to be seamless when we have large volumes of images to upload and short turnaround times. Please advise.
So this issue was reported by Brian Lipiner <blipiner@babson.edu> who is seeing only a handful of the 1,949 images of the 'globe' keyword. He doesn't see more pages to scroll to. I can see all. Perhaps a permissions issue. Also, the Summary bars is cutoff for both of us.
Please add something telling users that their assets have been added. Currently it only says "adding"...
We needed a place to put the public galleries, I had an idea to put collaboration folders alongside galleries, and make them kind of a step by step process of collaboration folders, then publishing to a gallery or a slideshow. The collaboration folders, and galleries might feature Chats and comments in the later versions of this mockup, but for now, it's my rough concept. This would be the galleries, featuring an easy to see indicator of whether or not the gallery is public or private, and a share button on each item.
This is my first draft, so it is a bit rough and there may be errors. This will be refined from day to day and updated here.

The Collaboration folder area could also feature tabs, allowing the user to flip between chats, files, and data. Behaving a bit like a window into the files area contained within a popup. Still allowing users basic functionality and multi editing from that window, a bit like a team workspace.
This is my first draft of the concept. So it's a bit rough looking. Feel free to comment below with your thoughts and improvements of this idea!
Mockup of "Versions" Area in the friendly Settings area/site setup template wizard, Where a user can choose to backtrack a bit like a time machine, Import a different template, download a zip copy for their own storage, Or publish to Oi ( probably need to explain that button better on Ui, like "publish to Oi" or something like that). It would be great to have a little blurb about how we are an open source, community driven platform, and how they can be part of a community and help us grow, by publishing their template. It would also give them a chance to publish their template anonymously.
This area presents a user friendly interface featuring sliders, differientiating between simple and advanced permissions, and allows a user to disable and enable permissions for each role. The vision would likely include an internal scrolling popup with the complete list of advanced permissions for each role if a user wishes to edit more than just the simple permissions. First Draft
Bear in mind this design or aesthetic is not really what we have in mind, but the functionality and the elements that we would like present in the build.
This is a page that allows the user to choose the colour theme, name, and upload their logos to the website.
In this page, it will present a user friendly UI featuring sliders to enable and disable as well as familiarize themselves with both AI and regular features .
The first page here is the entity editor, Where a user can choose thier type of site template by hitting the "+entity" button. Hitting this button will bring you to a popup where a user can choose from an existing list of site styles based on company/profession and edit them or add new entities as they wish. This editor would also allow for the editing of relationships. Essentially a moving entity relationship diagram. There would be hover over reveal tooltips and tutorials along the way, educating the user on the concepts of entities and how to use them correctly.
This is the first phase of a complex project, and is subject to change from day to day until we are fully satisfied of the practicality and functionality of the builder.
