Hi everyone, Just went through the A site, here's what I found:
1. General:
a. Screen goes dark if I use the browser < back button, I need to hit refresh to bring it back to normal view.
b. In the Activities, Departments and People pages, the X in the upper right is hard to see. Can we make it a dark X in a light grey box like it is on the details view area?
2. Search bar
a. When using search bar, I am not able to search for more than 1 keyword. Let’s say I’m interested in the most recent years. So if I type in 2022 it says there are 64 activities. When I type in 2023 it says there are 172. When I type in “2023, 2023”, or, “2022 2023”, or “2022 and 2023”, it only shows one folder that is named exactly 2022-2023. If I type 2023 and 2024 and 2021, no results show. So the more words I add, the fewer results I get. Are we supposed to add certain keywords so the search is inclusive of all searched terms?
3. Summary bar:
a. Remove Edit Status section
b. In the File Size section, what does the number mean, assume it’s K, MB, TB, etc, can we specify for clarity?
4. Activities:
a. If I sort by name, I should see folders that start with “0000” first, but I don’t see them unless I use the search bar.
b. When I select individual assets in table view, I get a string of code at the medium blue bar area
c. Can we add text to tell people what the numbers to the right of 'Jump To' mean or can we simply always default to 200 and remove this?
5. Collaboration Folders
a. When I select assets to add to a new folder, the fields in Add New are frozen and don’t allow me to type anything to create the folder. If I click on the gear icon, I am able to do it though.
b. Can folders have a folder icon instead of table view layout so UI is consistent?
c. How do we share a selected folder with collaborators?
6. Saved
a. Can this behave like collab folders where you can organize saved assets afterward, or, ideally, at point of save? Also need to add the + in the Saved area so people can create folders like in the collab section.
7. Departments
a. Some Departments are missing--- BabsonArts, Advancement, not sure what others.
b. Marketing, Athletics and Social Innovation Instittue don’t have any assets in them.
8. UPLOAD
a. Cannot begin with ‘Upload To’ to add assets to existing folders.
b. Change prompt on Misc Tags to say “Enter tags and hit return after each” instead of “Please enter 1 chars more”
c. Thought we were not using “My Files”… I’m still able to upload there. Let’s remove this feature.
9. DETAILS area
a. Under “More” you can still ‘add to cart’, let’s remove.
b. Under “Downloads”, where is the “Free Crop” option? Also, there’s a url at the bottom of page that doesn’t go anywhere:

When I clicked on Open File Manager, my status of conversions all say “retry” and are stuck spinning. Or maybe I clicked on Recreate Conversions... what are these buttons?
c. Under “Chat”- what is this and who am I sending the chat to when I hit “send”? Or is it just to myself? When I X to remove one of my chats, I get an error message. Remove ‘edit status’ from this area.
10 Facial Profiles
a. Can we have options for gallery and grid view?The table view has really small images so it's hard to see the faces to identify people.
