Try this...
1. Search for 'President'
2. Select (View All) assets
3. Click on an asset
4. Use the toggle arrows <. > to see the next few photos
5. X close the window
Asset results for "president' are now gone. The term remains in the search bar but the photos default to something else. Also, if you hit return after President in the search bar, it does nothing, you need to retype it. Please advise, thanks.

Feedback from power users is that the folder structure "Activities" used to be super well organized by year and month, and now it's not, can we please organize the folders they way they used to be?

Hi all,
Pleasure speaking with you today! Attached to this email is the video of the error I’m getting when in the new DAM. This occurs at all times and doesn’t require that I attempt to access anything before triggering. Once I’m on the page, this occurs.
Thk you so much!
Best,Alex
Hello.
Sending this by email due to the video attachment.
AGBU has reported that on the beta site https://agbubeta.entermediadb.
In addition. AGBU is asking about some random empty folders they are finding. They would like to clean up these extra empty folders, but they wanted to know why the folders were there before they proceed. Here is a screenshot of an example, the Program_2s folder along with the folders contained within, are empty and junk.

Hope everyone is doing well this summer. A quick issue Cheryl brought to my attention that I am attempting to resolve. In folder 2024-05-11-GraduateCommencement_jKnight there are 253 images out of 341 that have a _# after the jpg filename which is making the files unable to be openned.
At the age of 19, Art Kellner started his career at a TV station, first as a news cameraman, then in other video production capacities at the station. His love of keeping up to date with the newest technology has served him very well over the years.
Very early on in Art’s career, he became well-versed in cutting-edge video equipment, and in the early 80s started using his diverse skills as an entrepreneur, helping post-production companies generate business in the burgeoning video SFX and CGI industry.
He stayed in the SFX industry for a decade. His agility and ability to think on his feet enabled him to help many departments and teams gain traction in the fast-changing landscape of the film and video industry.
Art was then approached to work as an editor for TV sitcoms. He did this for 26 years. Art never stopped being creative and produced, filmed, and contributed to many other films and projects whenever he had time. One of his side projects was as a videographer for what is now a leading green energy company, documenting their research and progress over the last 20 years. In 2017, Art transitioned out of sitcoms and began working primarily as a multimedia consultant for this company.
During this project, they’ve faced significant challenges managing their extensive video, photo, and audio files. Art’s client needed a localized storage solution that didn't rely on external connections, and it had to be highly customizable to fit their specific needs. This was especially important for video production, requiring smooth ingestion and cataloging of assets to be accessible from a centralized system.
The journey with eMedia Library has been marked by engaging and productive Zoom meetings and a strong partnership. We look forward to continuing this collaboration with eMedia Library and exploring new possibilities in media management.

At Exensio, Irving has been making significant strides in enhancing digital asset management for their client, which is in the pharmacy industry. With a keen focus on structure and efficiency, Irving recently upgraded to the latest version of eMedia Library and set up a comprehensive new site for his client.
This upgrade will include organizing digital assets into a clear and effective structure. At the highest level, Irving implemented a product group system that encompasses three different packages (packs), each with associated files. This meticulous organization ensures that his client can easily manage and access their digital assets.
Irving’s goal is to demonstrate the new system to Pharmerist in August, showcasing the enhanced capabilities and streamlined workflow. The new structure not only improves efficiency but also highlights the customization and powerful search features of eMedia Library, making it an invaluable tool for his clients digital asset management needs.
Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project and how eMedia Library continues to revolutionize digital asset management for companies like Exensio and their clients.

@Dieneke- Please see attached, this is a screenshot from one of our photographers but I have heard similar feedback from aonther who experienced conversion issues. Process needs to be seamless when we have large volumes of images to upload and short turnaround times. Please advise.
So this issue was reported by Brian Lipiner <blipiner@babson.edu> who is seeing only a handful of the 1,949 images of the 'globe' keyword. He doesn't see more pages to scroll to. I can see all. Perhaps a permissions issue. Also, the Summary bars is cutoff for both of us.
