Ok - well - I do have one opinion to share about the website - for your consideration - but understand don't implement it - My idea is that you put a few 'book your demo' buttons through out the website - it took me time to find it up on the menu - generally speaking having your call to action - very clear evident, and in a few places is a good idea
also I suggest this says contact instead of index - putting all these into a shared document for month 1 - then what you decide to make into tasks you will put into OI and assign who needs to do what: https://emedialibrary.com/index.html
