Tasks for renting a room
Communicate with and show Middleton to prospective renters Darby and Ryan. Review maintenance issues with Joel.
Photos of second floor including tiding up for the photos and initial cleaning and laundry.
Cleaning tasks 2nd floor, June 2023: Vacuum throughout, dusting throughout, stove and stove top cleaning, microwave inside and out cleaning, cabinet fronts cleaning, inside food cabinets cleaning, trash taken out, kitchen floor mopped, bathroom deep cleaning throughout.
Maintenance tasks 1st floor, Summer 2023: radiator in bathroom needs to be turned on, drywall tape crack at top of wall in back bedroom, shades in dining/living room need reattach or new blinds, water damage to floor in dining room, kitchen counter needs recaulking, kitchen counter check support structure, window in dining room needs cord replaced, microwave handle needs attached and/or microwave replaced, attach base board to wall in living room
