Hi all. I'm having a recent issue when uploading new activities. I am not sure if there is something I adjusted in my settings but when I upload new folders they are only viewable by administrators. Is there a way to correct this so that not only administrators can view my activity folders. Thank you!
Hi Nicolas, just to confirm, any User should be able to see the content you upload to Activities, this is a right assumption ?

I added Babson Users Role permissions to see all Assets under Activities. Please let me know if the users in your side can see them.

I did have a quick question.. I have an Administrator level user asking if I can file images into specific subfolders in an activities folder. Is that something that is possible?

Hi Nicolas, yes inside the main folder of an Activity you can create any sub-folder structure you want, you should have the "folder +" icon on the top of the Folder sidebar inside the Activity. I'm uploading a small screen share for you

These two coming weeks we are working on facial profiles, & lay out. Some bug on fixes on the summary form fields.
My entermedia when in activities is not showing anything from 2024. I have to specifically type in Nics events that he is uploading. When comparing my page to Cheryl's in the summary section it shows I only can access 34 Marketing activities while she has close to 130.
When I try to select photos the page jumps around and a bunch of broken text goes on the top of the page. It is also very hard to get them to allow me to click the correct one and then hit download.
Search is not populating results that I know exist. I am typing in Shakenna Williams and a lot of images that used to come up are missing.
when other users type in my name all of the most recent photos do not come up for them.
I am having an interesting issue when uploading at the moment. I am currently uploading a large folder with multiple subfolders in it. There is a total of 5,640 assets in the folder. The upload on Entermedia shows up that it has 11,403 assets uploaded. I only uploaded the images once. The folder is 2024-03-18-BCW-Singapore
Hello Marissa, I think the issues you described is better if you can show us while sharing screen during a call, I tried to reproduce it in my own but probably is better if you show us. Please let us know when you have chance, should be a quick call then we work on the issues.

Hello Nicolas, I can see in the Activity that for every photo there is another file called "._MIZ_XXXX.JPG" Most cameras creates a separate file for metadata or other information, you can see the real files are bigger than 1 or 2 Mb and the "._" files are only 4kb.
I can create an script to remove them, and also I'm adding this to our list to verify if we can prevent ingesting this files when uploading folders so we only get useful files
