user is unable to download anything from entermedia. Cheryl could reproduce the issue, see email. can anyone update her?.

Downloading worked for me. They might need to "shift" reload the browser. We might need to see the issue with them.

I tried to troubleshoot this before reaching out to you because I don’t want to bother you with it!! I’m unable to download anything off Entermedia. It’s really strange. If you have a few minutes sometime over the next week, maybe I can share my screen with you and show you what is happening on my end? I had Svetlin take a look and he has no idea why mine would be doing this. His seems to be working fine. I tried Entermedia in Microsoft Edge instead of Google, too, and the same issues arise. Acted as the user (as Cheryl mentioned in the email) and found that Babson-User-role does not have permission to Sidebars, we handle Downloads at the sidebar. Why they have the Sidebars disabled?

I see there are some permissions that are interfering with others, I'm reviewing them.

Hi all. I'm having a recent issue when uploading new activities. I am not sure if there is something I adjusted in my settings but when I upload new folders they are only viewable by administrators. Is there a way to correct this so that not only administrators can view my activity folders. Thank you!
