have you copied the link from sharing to them? if that doesn't work you can also add them under permissions.

Yes, I copied the link from the sharing icon. I think we need users to be able to do this easily from the share icon vs adding them to permissions.
I tried to add her under Users but her name didn't come up, it said No Results when I pasted her name (user is llamoureux@babson.edu)

After cropping an image and hitting "save" I just get a black screen. I had to click on Downloads again to see my download options. Let's have the Save action take you right backk to the Downloads screen.

Users are having issues with login, the code isn't working. The workaround is to delete them and create a new account. Need to fix this soon. One recommendation is to have them reset their password via an email link or similar so they can self-service.
Related, I receive an error code after creating a new user: There was a problem completing this request

Related to creating new users, you cannot edit their password until the account has been made. You have to go back to Users, search for the new user you just added, and then change their login. Let's have this all in one area like it used to be.

Hello Cheryl, we just worked on the Users creation one, it is fix and I will update your site later today.
Also working in the login code issue, we are testing that and will be updated in your server too.

The plan is to move away from passwords and just use codes. Hopefully that will be working now. We also enabled the Google Vision on files from 2024+ We can go back and do last years files if you think its helpful.

Hi all,
Just wanted to reach out and mention I found a possible issue in the the new Entermedia version where it is appears to be difficult to delete a folder or images and to have them actually be deleted. For example, I attempted to delete activity 2024-01-24-Temu-Bajulaiye_nCzarnecki from the system but it still is able to be found and opened. Let me know if there is something in the process I am missing. Thanks!

Cheryl, when you add a new user if you do not specify a username (most of babson users are First letter on the name + last name) we will take the email address as a user id, so in your case is better to manually set the username everytime you create an user.

For the User Guide icon at left, can we simply post a link to Canva? Most of the topics currently listed under the guide produce error messages.

Small upload icon at left doesn not work properly, it defaults to uploading images to a user folder. Let's delete until we can get that working properly.
